Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted only for in-stock items that are unused and in their original packaging. Custom-made products are non-returnable.
Return Process: Customers must contact us at support@modiveauto.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any item.
Restocking Fees: Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
