At Modive, we’re as passionate about cars as you are, and it’s important to us that you love your new performance parts as much as we love creating them.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Our Promise

We understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to addressing them fairly. At Modive, all items undergo rigorous quality checks before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement.

Important: Items deemed defective or damaged must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted outside this period may not be accepted.

If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us at support@modiveauto.com. Modive reserves the right to inspect any returned item before determining eligibility for a replacement, exchange, or credit.

Non-Returnable Situations

To protect our business and maintain fairness, the following circumstances do not qualify for returns or exchanges:

  • Selling, trading, or totaling your vehicle after placing an order.
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Clearance, sale, or display items (including scratch-and-dent products).
  • Providing incorrect compatibility information or vehicle details.
Cancellation, Return, and Restocking Fees

Restocking fees apply to cancellations, returns, or exchanges and are calculated based on the order's status. These fees cover the costs of processing, inspection, and repackaging to ensure all customers receive high-quality products.

  1. If your order hasn’t shipped: A 5% restocking fee applies.
  2. If your order has been prepped and packed: A 25% restocking fee applies.
  3. If your order has shipped: A 25-50% restocking fee applies, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Important: All returns are subject to inspection to verify the item’s condition. Items showing signs of installation, misuse, or damage may be ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Vehicle Compatibility Requirements

To ensure proper fitment, a photo of your steering wheel and detailed vehicle information must be provided after checkout. Orders will not be fulfilled until this information is received and verified.

Customer Responsibility: Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a compatibility issue. If this occurs, a 30% restocking fee (in addition to applicable fees) will apply for exchanges.

Limitation of Liability

Modive’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective or damaged items in accordance with this policy. Under no circumstances will Modive be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, labor costs, or loss of use.

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website, and the "Effective Date" will reflect the latest revisions.
